On our way to mending the major pile of back log recycling at our facility. Over the weekend, one shift on Saturday and Sunday, 95 bales were produced. Great Job Crew! Thank you also to the assitance from Steve Davidson, DPW director of Shepherd and for lending out his four man Community Service Crew.
In addition to the high numbers of bales produced we also;
- had no shut downs do to conveyor shorts (Thank You Block Electric)
- used lowwer preasure setting, from 2,800 down to 1,300 resulting in bale weight increase (Thank you, Mike from S.O.C.R.R.A. Troy, Michigan) Bale Weight increased from 900 to 1,200 pounds!
